With over 25 years of experience in value-added building products, Phillips brings extensive sales and channel management expertise to the team.
Phillips has held several leadership roles throughout his career, including nearly two decades at AZEK Building Products, where he served as Regional Sales Manager in the Ohio Valley. His experience also includes Business Development with Windsor One, where he successfully expanded markets across Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. He excels in developing markets, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with channel partners.
In his new role, Mike will focus on growing sales and market share for Tando Composites' premier brands - Beach House Shake®, the authentic composite shingle, and TandoStone®, the #1 brand of composite stone.
